The Vårruset is Sweden's largest fitness tour for girls and takes place between May 4 and June 4, 2026, in 19 cities, from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north. On May 19, 2026, the race starts at Norra Djurgården at 6:30 PM, where participants can choose between distances of 2.5 km or 5 km. Participants receive a medal, a finishers' bag, the Vårruset music quiz, and prizes, and those who register as a team of five are treated to a festive picnic after crossing the finish line.
